I am a lifelong professional musician and producer, and my desire has always been to bring these opportunities to kids at the same formative age that ignited my passion for this field. Music kept me out of trouble when I was in middle and high school, and now I want to do the same for young people through KRE8ivU Inc.

KRE8ivU Inc. exists because of my unwavering belief in the power of creative education to transform lives. I founded this organization with a clear mission: to bridge educational gaps and unlock the potential of underserved youth through arts and technology. My journey began with a deep conviction that every young person deserves access to meaningful learning and the opportunity to realize their unique gifts.

Driven by this purpose, I attended Full Sail University to establish my lifelong dream of creating an academy that would transform lives, using music, audio, filmmaking, and cinematography as the vehicle to do this. There, I earned a Bachelor of Science in Music Production and a Master of Science in Innovation and Entrepreneurship. These experiences enhanced my creative skills and provided the entrepreneurial insight necessary to launch KRE8ivU Inc. and develop meaningful programs.

The original vision for KRE8ivU Inc. was to teach music production as a STEAM program to TRiO programs like Talent Search and Upward Bound, offering both in-school and afterschool programming across more than 35 college and university campuses. As we grew, filmmaking was soon added to our curriculum, further expanding our creative impact. When the pandemic disrupted traditional learning, we successfully pivoted to virtual classes, ensuring continuous access to creative education.

Our evolution continued as we introduced vocational training and mentoring through our A.R.I.S.E. program—designed for at-risk youth referred by the Department of Juvenile Justice and sponsored by NCDPS through JCPC—providing transformative learning experiences tailored to those who need it most.

With a foundation in music arranging and composition from Berklee College of Music, my vision is to empower students—making creativity central to their growth and success. Today, I lead our organization in developing innovative STEAM programs, forging partnerships, championing inclusive education and digital equity, and making a measurable impact in our community through passion, purpose, and lived commitment.
