Policy Statement
In accordance with Title VI of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, the Civil Rights Restoration Act of 1987, Section 504 of the Rehabilitation Act of 1973, the Age Discrimination Act of 1975, Title IX of the Education Amendments of 1972, and related statutes and regulations, no person shall—on the grounds of race, color, national origin, sex, age, disability, or limited English proficiency—be excluded from participation in, denied the benefits of, or subjected to discrimination under any program or activity sponsored by KRE8ivU Inc.
